There are several stages in the recruitment process:
Your application:
Apply using the form on our on-line recruitment site .
The reply:
Whether it is positive or negative, you will receive a reply to your application.
Interview:
If you are being considered for the job, you will be interviewed by at least two people. Depending on the structure and the job profile, interviews will be held in groups or one-to-one. You may also be required to take some tests.
Integration:
An integration process has been set up to welcome new employees and is run through the APRIL GROUP university or through a series of seminars.
Once you have filed your application, we promise to give you a reply.
You are free to apply for more than one position.
If your application is turned down for the job, it will then become a shared document and be visible to all recruitment officers within the group. You thus increase your chances because even though you have not met the company’s criteria for the job you initially applied for, you may well interest a recruitment officer from a different entity.
